DC Cruise Travel acts as an independent advisor that recommends and books travel arranged by third-party suppliers (cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, hotels, and insurers). All travel is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those suppliers, including their cancellation, change, and refund rules.
3. Quotes and pricing
Prices, availability, and itineraries are provided by suppliers and may change at any time until a booking is confirmed and deposit received. Estimates generated on this website (including the Fare Estimator) are illustrative only and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of price.
4. Payments, deposits, and cancellations
Deposits, final payments, and cancellation penalties are governed by the terms of the cruise line or supplier you book with. We will share these clearly before you confirm any reservation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be purchased through us or directly.
5. Travel documents and eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring you and everyone in your party has valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other travel documents required for your itinerary. We are happy to advise, but final responsibility rests with the traveler.
6. Limitation of liability
DC Cruise Travel is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, delays, or damages caused by third-party suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, government actions, illness, or mechanical issues). Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the planning fees, if any, paid directly to us.
