Within one business day — usually the same day. Inquiries sent on weekends are answered first thing Monday morning.

Is there a fee for an initial consultation?

No. The first call, the research, and the proposal are all complimentary. Denise is paid by the cruise line only after you book a sailing you love.

What information should I send in my first message?

Whatever you have — even just 'we want to take the kids somewhere warm in spring break.' Helpful details: rough travel dates, group size and ages, destinations you've been daydreaming about, and any cruise lines you've sailed before.

What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday, 9am – 7pm Eastern. Weekends are by appointment, and booked clients have 24/7 onboard concierge support while sailing.

Do you work with travelers outside the U.S.?

Most clients are based in the United States, but Denise can work with anyone who can sail from a U.S. or international port. Reach out and she'll let you know what's possible.
